Please read the following information to renew, extend, or add an ArcaOS 5.0 Support & Maintenance subscription to your license:
ArcaOS 5.0 Support & Maintenance subscriptions are available to all ArcaOS 5.0 licensees.
Personal edition licenses for ArcaOS 5.0 include six (6) months of Support & Maintenance. Renewals of Support & Maintenance are available at a cost of $65 per year (less an early renewal discount of 10% when renewed or extended before expiration). If renewed after a lapse in coverage of (6) months or more, the subscription reinstatement (late renewal) fee applies, and this is $128. This late renewal starts a new 1-year term from the date purchased, so it offers a significant discount over the purchase of a new license.
Commercial edition licenses for ArcaOS 5.0 include twelve (12) months (one full year) of Support & Maintenance. Renewals of Support & Maintenance are available at a cost of $115 per year (less an early renewal discount of 10% when renewed or extended before expiration). If renewed after a lapse in coverage of (6) months or more, the subscription reinstatement (late renewal) fee applies, and this is $228. This late renewal starts a new 1-year term from the date purchased.

To renew, extend, or add a Support & Maintenance subscription to your ArcaOS 5.0 license:
- Log into your account here.
- From your customer portal, access your Orders & Subscriptions page from the navigation links on the left.
- Locate the ArcaOS 5.0 license order to which you want to attach the subscription, and click its View button.
- Click the Renew button in the Order Details section of the page to add the subscription to your cart.
- Check out.
ArcaOS 5.0 Support & Maintenance subscriptions are renewed, extended, or added for one full year (personal or commercial editions).
ArcaOS 5.0 Support & Maintenance subscriptions are metered 1:1 to ArcaOS licenses (one ArcaOS 5.0 license is covered by one ArcaOS 5.0 Support & Maintenance subscription).
ArcaOS 5.0 Support & Maintenance subscriptions include access to report software defects for resolution, access to download the latest software and driver updates between ISO releases, access to a separate YUM repository to download and install reserved RPM packages, and more.
