Apparently, the most recent site upgrade (forced upon us by our credit card processor) has resulted in another unexpected negative side effect: subscription renewal orders are requiring a shipping address to be entered, with no way to enter one. New license orders and orders for non-renewal products are unaffected.
So, for the time being, if you have a renewal to process, either select one of our other payment methods besides credit card, or please be patient. As per our previous blog post, if this issue results in you missing your early renewal discount window, please just let us know when you finally do process your renewal order, and we’ll credit the discount to your card at that time.
